The Out Loud Archives is a 4 month, in depth experience that brings young Inland Empire musicians together for weekend intensives in a collaborative space that enables musicians to develop professionally and establish industry connections. The young creatives will earn a stipend for their participation and their experience will culminate in a community performance and the release of a joint work that will be housed in the Out Loud Archives.
