About The Event
This is the second event in a series of "Wellness Workshops" held on the first Saturday of every month at Etiwanda High School's MPR. The goal of The Self-Care Lab Boxing Club is to address the underlying causes of trauma by tackling anxiety, depression and problematic behavior through the use of physical exercise (boxing).
The event will begin promptly at 12pm and end at 2 pm. Attendees are asked to wear comfortable exercise attire. This event is free and open to all students.
